Anyone know of a book about a haunted rocking horse? My wife read it as a child and we cant find it anywhere.
Wife is 32, she remembers it had a rocking horse that would go by itself. Nearly a haunted house type book im guessing. At least a lil spooky.

“The Rocking-Horse Winner” is a small tale by D. H. Lawrence. It was first published in July 1926 in Harper’s Bazaar and subsequently appeared in the first volume of Lawrence’s collected small tales. It was filmed under the same title in 1950, being directed by Anthony Pelissier and starring John Mills and Valerie Hobson.
